Thursday, September 16th, 2010

When it comes to wedding, there are lots of work to do and all couples want to make every step perfect. Vows, rings, wedding dresses, they make hundreds of comparisons, trying to pick out the best of the best. It may be easy to choose vows and rings, but it is never easy for brides to choose a wedding dress, which obviously, for once in her life, will double her unique beauty and help her print the best day of her life into everyone’s mind including her own. So how to choose a beautiful wedding dress that is acceptable both psychologically and physically? Well, this article might try to give some descriptions about different wedding dresses and suggestions on how to choose a suitable one according to your own body shape.

1. A-line Princess Dress

This dress features layers of gauze and a puff skirt, making the bride much more vivacious without losing her feminine cuteness. It is suitable for many kinds of bodily forms, especially the petite builds. For those brides who are short and attractively thin, choosing high-waist designs will slenderize their bicrural figures. For those who have plump breasts, V-necks or deeper necklines can help to make their necks longer and slimmer.

2. Traditional Ball Gown

Accurate fitness to the upper part of the body, tightening waist and a full dress are features of this kind. The belt course could be just at the waist or a little bit lower, or even lower to the hip. This wedding dress is usually equipped with a petticoat which is used to finalize the design. To wear this kind of dress, brides should be hourglass-shaped in builds or physically plump, or those with plump breasts. It will be better-looking if choosing the long-sleeve style or a V-shaped belt course.

3. Sheath

The dress is intentionally cut to fit the bride’s figure. It is well-designed for ladies whose figures are in a fair proportion. Moreover, it aims at demonstraiting the female curves and the beauty of conciseness. No matter when and where, it is both stylish and acceptable on all wedding occasions. Brides with beautiful builds and curves should really try on this.

4. Mermaid Trumpet

The only difference between mermaid trumpet and sheath lies in the bottom of the dress. Cloth below the knees or shanks is made like a fish tail, spreading outside like an "A". It is the sexiest design ever, and the most stunning creation. But it demands a lot on the figure. In other words, to wear this dress or not, the female curves have the final say, not the stature.

5. Empire Waist

A high belt course is the most remarkable feature of this dress. Fitness in the breasts would fully reveal the curves of shoulders and breasts. A-shaped bottom of the dress helps cover the waist and the hip. This design is generally welcomed by short brides with plump waists and hips, or those mothers-to-be who just want to have loosen dresses.

6. Train

As the name suggests, the bottom of this wedding dress must be dragging on the floor just like a long train. The train should be measured from the place where the cloth first touches the ground. A train within 40cm are small, during 40cm to 80cm is mediate, over 80cm is large. Train style is usually adopted in church wedding, where the wedding goes more traditionally, formally and sacredly.

7. Mini Skirt

The dress should be above the knees. It could be a tight mini skirt or a broom one. For ladies who have slender legs and for brides who are following the fashion tide, it is always the first choice.

8. Knee-length

The cloth extends just over the knees, which is quite simple and convenient. Suitable for long-legged brides and party wedding.

9. Tea-length

The bottom of the dress extends to the middle of the shanks, which is usually seen during the mini tea party. It is the right choice for petite females and always the suitable wearing when interacting with others in a wedding party.

10. Ankle-length

This is a long dress style and the bottom extends to the ankles. Yet the edge is an inch above the ground. The bottom is either tight on skin or shaped like an "A" with a little hem. Because the design makes walking more comfortable, it is quite suitable for brides to wear during an outdoor wedding. And don’t forget to put on those exquisite wedding shoes, they will help attract more attentions for their owners!

11. Hi-Lo

The most special feature of the kind is the length of the dress bottom. High from the front, and low from the behind. Specifically speaking, it allows the wearer to show her feet, even her knees from the front, and drag the train behind. This dress is suitable for long-legged brides and fashionable ones.

Wedding is almost a once only occasion, in which a bride wishes to be the most shining star. Today I’d like to introduce you a strapless wedding gown with a train for your information.

Pure white, the wedding gown symbolizes the purity of love, the holiness of marriage, and the beauty of the bride. Above the waistline is the satin material decorated with beads and embroidery, elegant and concise. The embroidered flowers witness the blossoming love and add the 3D effect. The semi-cathedral length organza train skirt looks more like a multiply-layered cake, tasty and eye-catching, being the most suitable ball gown. The train is always the avatar for refinement and romance. The strapless and sleeveless design fully reveals the bride’s beautiful arm as well as the enchanting collarbones. The clear demarcation of the hip and the top well interprets the silhouette style, making the waist appear smaller than it actually is. For such a wedding gown, whether the bride wears a piece of jewelry around her neck or not, she will definitely be the star of the ceremony.

Radiation is A Destroyer – Mature Love Relationship With Your Cell-Phone

Wednesday, September 8th, 2010

Cell-phone becomes a daily digital product after its long journey around the world. People seem to regard it as more than a little baby, carrying it anytime and anywhere in the pocket, in front of the chest or beside the ear. Along with its considerable benefits and pro sides, there must be some con sides such as the invisible radiation, a mysterious substance that is reported to be detrimental to human body while its actual harm cannot be measured in a certain period. When cell-phone users tend to be younger and younger, the emergency of calling the awareness of the radiation should be moved into our attentions.

Radiation-proof paster

Like the radiation-proof clothes for the pregnant with the necessity of working with computer, there are some cell-phone pasters can be used to reduce the radiation. However, no scientific results and data have been released to prove whether it is useful in resisting the radiation. With a view to its convenience and an attitude of buying safety, you can make a try.

Daily using habits

Distance works better in the relationship between you and your dear cell-phone. I always place it at the window side and turn it into ring mode which can catch my attention when messages or calls come in. If not being in the room, I will do my best to avoid too much intimate physical contacts.

Make your phone rest occasionally. More often than not, I will let my cell-phone power off when I go to bed. As long as the signal is cut off, radiation will not be released to produce any harms. I bet no one wants intervention to his or her brain, especially when it happens unconsciously during the peaceful hours of sleeping.

In general, cell-phone produces less radiation in standby mode than in a call, while it grows strongest when the number is dialed out but not being connected, which triples the amount of the standby. Therefore, when you dial a number, put the phone away from your ear until it gets connected for at least three seconds.

What matters most is that even though people know about the cell-phone radiation, few people would really get alert to the danger for whose impacts are not shown at once but cost time to prove. Why do we need it to be proved? It is people ourselves that get hurt at last because the result is at the expense of our own health. Radiation will lead to headache, dizziness, insomnia and other neurologic diseases to different degrees. Calling for users’ awareness is the first step, then refer to the advices talked above and add some food care such as eating more vegetables or drinking green tea.

Should the Worn-out Bags be recycled?

Wednesday, September 1st, 2010

Bags are part of our daily life. We use bags to carry things or as decorations. Girls usually have several bags for different clothes and occasions. However, everything has its lifespan. When the bags are worn out, they are always abandoned in neglected corners and new ones become the favorites of the host. How poor the worn-out bags are! Are they worthless? Should they be recycled?

In my opinion, worn-out bags should be recycled, because they are not worthless. Worn-out bags can be redesigned to become other things and recycled as a way of environmental protection.

First of all, we should recycle worn-out bags instead of throwing them away. Those worn-out bags can be changed into new objects, such as handmade toys, decorations and practical daily articles. Leather and cloth bags can be recycled as cup mats. We can cut the bags into different shapes—circular shape, heart shape, rectangle and triangle. Cloth bags can be used as wipers or redesigned as dolls and storing bags to hold bits and pieces, while leather bags can be created as decorations hung on walls, doors or cellphones.

Secondly, we should insist on protecting the environment. Bags are made of various materials—leather, cloth, canvas, etc. The materials contain much chemical stuff which is the pollutant to environment. Therefore, recycling worn-out bags is a way of reducing the consumption of chemical stuff to protect our environment.

Moreover, recycling worn-out bags is a good way to inspire our innovation and to save money. More and more people, especially girls are used to recycling worn-out bags, because they are more ingenious to create new objects which are practical and aesthetic. It is also a kind of DIY which can not only inspire innovation, but also temper wills.

In summary, I consider that worn-out bags should be recycled. For the sake of environmental protection and practising economy, we should advocate recycling worn-out bags.
